Warranty Policy - Manufacturer Defects

At Kenya Lampshades, we stand behind the quality of our products. We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Period

1 year from the date of purchase

What's Covered

• Defective wiring or electrical components
• Structural defects in lampshade frames or fittings
  
• Manufacturing assembly errors

What's NOT Covered

• Damage from improper installation, misuse, or accidents
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic aging
• Modifications or repairs made by anyone other than Kenya Lampshades
• Damage from power surges or incorrect voltage
• Commercial or outdoor use

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you discover a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 10 days with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the defect
• A description of the issue

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective item.
