At Kenya Lampshades, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your lampshade or lighting product, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition and packaging
  • Unused and undamaged
  • Complete with all accessories and documentation
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized lampshades
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Electrical components that have been installed or used

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.We have a no refund policy and customers must make a purchase of equal or higher value.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
